Post-Construction Pricing
We charge a flat rate for most post-construction cleaning jobs, with the option for hourly billing upon request. While the actual price depends on the condition of the property, the level of dust and debris, and overall square footage, we provide upfront guidance to help you budget.
For example, a 3-bedroom bungalow typically requires 2 professional cleaners working 8 hours each (16 total labor hours). For this type of project, our flat rate is $750 + HST

Final polish and detailing of all reachable surfaces
